We just want to make sure you’re covered, okay?
Yesterday, we sold protein bars. And no one has said a negative word about them (as of right now, the time this is being written, which is, to be fair, a few days before the sale goes live)!
But look, whatever you think/thought of the MOSH bars, we stand by our pitch: a little snack with a solid helping of protein can be a lifesaver. Or at least a life-make-easier. Occassionally, you need something that packs a bit more oomph than a basic granola bar without being a full-blown sit-like-a-brick-in-your-tummy meal.
Problem is, you don’t always want something as sweet. Sometimes, you’re in need of a snack to hold you over until a meal (or help you move/delay a meal) that’s on the savory side.
(For me, personally, I would use the protein bars when I need a quick breakfast before a morning run or want to push back lunch to the mid-afternoon, whereas I would enjoy these if I was going to have a late dinner. But hey, you do you. We all crave what we crave when we crave it.)
To be clear, these don’t pack the same protein punch as a protein bar. You’re looking at 7 grams per serving, which is nothing crazy. But it’s roughly 7 times as much as you’d get from a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto.
We know, we know. We keep talking about protein like it is the single thing you need to keep on truckin’. But when people say they need “a pick-me-up,” they’re not usually looking for some meat or a few hard-boiled eggs. They’re talking about caffeine. So, if you require some of that, might we direct you to today’s daily sale over on SideDeal. It’s a big ol’ 10-cup Mr. Coffee.
And now is the perfect time to invest in a large coffee machine, by the way, especially if you’re hosting for the holidays. Nobody wants to be brewing two cups at a time for an army of angry aunts and uncles. (Plus, with SideDeal prices, you can justify buying it whether you’ll use it every day or stash it away for your few big get-togethers per year.)
In conclusion: we hope you bought some protein bars, we hope you buy some protein Stix, and we hope you buy a big coffee machine from SideDeal. Is that too much to ask?
