Had a teenager here 6 years ago. Who was having trouble with actual in person school. Didn’t have enough time to do anything…
But he would probably be part of this generation that is obsessed with YouTube/tiktoc and can’t find a job.

‘Parenting’ is going great. In fact our oldest turns 46 today so it’s kind of on autopilot!
Grandparenting is a joy as well.

It’s difficult, stressful and mindboggling but I love them more than words can express. It’s surreal having one with an official drivers license. Two will be in high school as of September and the third is starting middle school. We have definitive rules around health both physical and mental which involves regulated pints of screen time. We’re very big on making them run, jump and climb trees.
