So I know that we don’t really talk on the forum, and I feel bad that I haven’t gotten to personally annoy you yet.
This month though, I plan to change that since I can foreshadow that A LOT* will go wrong this month.
I’ll take it easy though and not place all the blame for previous stuff all at once. ( New stuff which is blameworthy will fan to you the same day that the stuff happens.)
Speaking of which, I blame you for the fact though that it took so long for @MEHcus to goatify you.

@jbartus That was great, but so was everything everyone did. You might love this hunt because there also seems like a lot of computer stuff that can be done. I have no skills so I had to pick other silly shit. It was fun.

I blame you heavily for the fact that even though until 5 minutes ago I was able to access my Raspberry Pi, now I’m completely locked out, and I can’t access any of the files on it.
@FroodyFrog Unless the device is physically inaccessible, you could always yank the SD card. Otherwise, serial or SSH could be options.

Dammit, @dashcloud! We’re about to get a medium sized tropical storm overnight, when everybody wants to sleep. If there are tornado warnings we won’t know, unless we leave our TV/weather radio on and get woken by the unearthly sirens. All the weatherguessers will be saying ‘as you can see behind me’, when all we can see is black because the camera floodlights can’t reach that far. We already have trees down and power out and graduations cancelled and low-lying roads flooded. This is Florida, where everything is low-lying. And this is all your fault.

@OldCatLady I came home early yesterday because they were calling for a very high chance of heavy rain, high chance of 70 mph winds, a moderate chance of hail, and I think they may have mentioned lava falling from the skies. @mfladd So far there has been one small tornado a few miles from me. I turned the TV off about 3:30 because the stupid weather alert kept breaking into the show and KLAXON BLATT BLATT was SO annoying. Just saw the news reports. Oops, it was real.

@sammydog01 We got just under 2" in 24 hours, and very little wind in my neighborhood. Others weren’t so lucky. Lots of trees down, roads blocked etc. How was it there?
@OldCatLady That storm didn’t get this far north. It was nice here. Glad to hear you were OK, although it’s just the start of the thunderstorm season for us.

@narfcake Thanks. This morning, we had 24 cats. (As I’ve said before, they’re mostly rescues or cats who couldn’t find another home.) Now, we have 23. And Marco was one of those awesome cats, everybody loved him. He was friendly to people and new kitties alike, not a fighter, but a smurgle lover.
At the vet’s office I asked my husband while we were waiting for them to bring him back in to the room (they sedate before euthanizing because the euth meds sting and the pets can feel it), I asked my husband “why is it the good kitties”. Not to say that I don’t love all of our cats, but some of them are mostly feral and don’t take kindly when we try to interact with them, or they’re assholes and fight with the other cats on a regular basis. I felt bad for saying it out loud, but still…

I had a Woot account for 7 years. Bought 2 things with it (both of which I regret). I had connected it to my Amazon account for easy login, although the email address it was connected to was deleted ~6 years ago.
I wanted to connect my Amazon account to an email address which I actually use, so I disconnected the Amazon login from my 1st account to put it on an account created with my current email address. However, I didn’t like the name it was using, so I changed the email address which this one was connected to, so that I could replace my 1st account with my current email address.
However, I couldn’t get back into the 1st account, so now I had to make a 3rd account.
My problem is, I don’t use Woot, so I’m blaming you @dashcloud for the fact that I bothered with this to begin with.
@FroodyFrog There’s gotta be a line somewhere, and I’m saying this is beyond it- I’m quite happy to be blamed for fuckups on here and generally in real life, but blaming me for screwups on Woot makes me feel like you do when people try to assign a gender to you.

I bought tickets to take my daughter to see Jake Owen at CountryFest. We were really excited. An invitation to my nephew’s wedding just arrived- the same night. Who gets married on a Friday night? Why, @dashcloud, why?
