When Dyson's too dry, son.

60% of you is water. 71% of the planet you live on is covered by water. So why would you ever choose a vacuum that’s allergic to water? You wouldn’t buy a car, no matter how powerful or luxurious, that you couldn’t drive when it’s raining. Or spend billions of taxpayer dollars to develop a fighter plane called the Lightning that can’t fly in lightning, unless you’re the Pentagon. (If you are the Pentagon, hit us up: we’ve got tons of semi-functional crap we’d be happy to overcharge you for.)

Anyway, it’s weird that we’ve accepted that when you drop some crumbs on a carpet, you can vacuum it right up - but a spilled drink means we have to get down on our knees and scrub and sop and dab and still not get it all up. And don’t get us started on the unique messes that pets and babies can make.

Point is, no matter how good a vacuum is, if it can’t do wet work, it’s only halfway useful.

This ReadiVac comes with a 5-foot hose, a 5-gallon steel tank, a 30-inch wand, and interchangeable brush/squeegee attachments. We can’t say it’s more powerful than a Dyson or more innovative than a Roomba.

But we can promise you that a little spill won’t make it melt like the Wicked Witch of the West. Or, for that matter, the F-35 Lightning II.
