I had a Vornado fan and a Holmes fan that were very similar in size and function. The Vornado fan has been superior in every way. The Holmes fan was louder, unsteady and tippy at highest speed and stopped working a while back. All this to say I will not buy another Holmes fan no matter how cheap it is. Pass

Looked interesting until I read the Amazon review. A lot of complaints and videos of major leakage and complete misting failure. Had to click Meh on this one.
