Polking Some Holes In Our Shipping Processes

The last time we sold these Polk Bookshelf Speakers, something unfortunate happened: some customers received Polk Bookcase Speakers exactly as specified. Others, though, were given a speaker from the Polk University Book Shelf Management Program’s visiting scholar series. This was due to an invoice issue that we’ve been told was corrected.

Still, in case the issue is repeated, we thought it best to take preemptive measures by putting together this guide that’ll help you easily identify whether or not you’ve gotten the right product.

The correct Polk Bookshelf Speakers will:

  • Come in a pair.

  • Arrive in a box.

  • Look somewhat like boxes themselves.

  • Feature 5.25-inch dynamic balance mineral filled polymer composite cone drivers and 0.75-inch dynamic balance silk/polymer composite dome tweeters.

  • Deliver a great listening experience for both small room and multi room arrangements.

The incorrect Polk Bookshelf Speakers will:

  • Come alone.

  • Arrive in a taxi or a rental car.

  • Wear a tweed coat.

  • Shake your hand and list the many degrees, awards, and grants they’ve had the honor of receiving.

  • Attempt to lecture you on topics such as “the flat shelf in a round world” or “spine maintenance techniques from ancient times to the present” or “radical non-alphabetization.”

If you receive one of the latter, please send it back immediately. Polk University is really breathing down our neck here.
