@lehigh@mikibell I think that’s in general, but for “contest of skill” IRKs there’s no limit (it won’t let you buy multiples of one instance, but it will let you buy different instances).
@pandaisarose@punkynpye If you have dogs, you’re already winning life, so no big loss there. Some of us are living lives in which pets are a total impossibility. I’d trade all of the IRKs I’ve ever won for a dog.
If an IRK is offered on Meh, post on an Ink for IRKs thread to get in on it that day.
If an IRK is offered on a sister site as part of a scavenger hunt/hidden deal, it is fair game to buy but not included on the ink deal (as it’s not on Meh). Though I usually don’t do those, I did buy one this morning because I was having fun with the hunt.
Not an ink rule but just a personal thought: If there are multiple IRKs on multiple sister sites in a day as part of the same event (like today) to me that is one offering and I shouldn’t be a jerk and get more than one.
As far as I know there hasn’t been an IRK offered today on Meh, but if there were to be one, then another Ink for IRKs thread would be in order.
But these are kind of my guesses. I don’t make the rules.

The code is just so that people can’t easily search for IRKs through the URL.
They used to have consecutive numbering in the URL, so people just entered the next number on days when there were long lasting IRKS.

If an IRK is offered on Meh, post on an Ink for IRKs thread to get in on it that day.
If an IRK is offered on a sister site as part of a scavenger hunt/hidden deal, it is fair game to buy but not included on the ink deal (as it’s not on Meh). Though I usually don’t do those, I did buy one this morning because I was having fun with the hunt.
Not an ink rule but just a personal thought: If there are multiple IRKs on multiple sister sites in a day as part of the same event (like today) to me that is one offering and I shouldn’t be a jerk and get more than one.
As far as I know there hasn’t been an IRK offered today on Meh, but if there were to be one, then another Ink for IRKs thread would be in order.
But these are kind of my guesses. I don’t make the rules.
