Did nobody miss VMP Last Call (or did I miss its passing announcement)

A couple of days ago I noticed that the VMP Last Call (previous day’s deal deadline extended until 6am EST next day) didn’t show up at midnight. I thought ‘code monkeys’ forgot since when I clicked on the previous day’s deal, it was still available. Then tonight, I see that I cannot access it that way anymore either. I went to my VMP page and Last Call isn’t listed as a perk anymore! Seems there are less reasons to keep VMP as time passes.

I thought they didn’t necessarily do it every day. But I thought I had still seen it recently. No?

  originally it was designed to be available IF the product in question did not sell out before the new one launched at midnight. It would continue until either 0600 (Eastern) or it DID finally sell out whichever came first. So, not every day had a Last Call offer.

- @chienfou yeah two different things. I abandoned my VMP a long time ago… Nothing worth buying. need to drop mehmebership…

  I have come to consider mine as an entertainment expense (voluntary) with a couple of side benefits. Have actually come out ahead so far on shipping for my orders over time (since I am not disciplined enough to turn mehmembership on/off as needed).
  I have wasted money on stupider things…

- @chienfou I think it it in the same way… But I turned it on and bought some stuff cause pasta drop… Been a few months since I found something to buy. In general I come and go on streaming lol

- @zxinfinity Yes, now that’s true (wasn’t a couple of days ago) but now it’s still available for everyone until about 6am, not just VMPs!

  yep, just tried it with yesterday’s deal and it does in fact go to the sale page with no VMP reference.
