The best headphones we've ever sold.

What a meaningless thing to say, right? Headphones are so subjective, so dependent on individual preferences of fit and sound and style, that it’s like making a claim for the best pair of pants or the best sandwich or the best dog. Best according to who?

But, well, we’d be hard-pressed to say why these aren’t the best. They’re extraordinarily well-constructed, with stainless steel and wood components. The collapsibility is pretty nifty. They have a distinctive look that a grown-up can actually feel comfortable wearing in public. Maybe that doesn’t make them the best.

Most unusually for over-ear headphones like these, they’re Bluetooth. So you can listen via Bluetooth on a comfy pair of luxe-ass cans instead of flimsy earbuds or cheesy teenage-gamer headphones. Still, best is a matter of opinion.

Including when it comes to sound. We can spout phrases like “50mm dynamic moving coil drivers with neodymium magnets”. We can cite Amazon reviews like “rich and deep (but not obnoxiously booming) bass” and “The sound is fantastic and the best I have heard in any headphone I have tried” and “great value if you can get them for $150-$175” (note our price, please). But those are just opinions. A lot of very high opinions - 101 reviews with an average Amazon rating of 4.2 - but still. Just opinions.

Yes, there’s only one way for you to find out for yourself how meaningful our “best ever” proclamation is. Fortunately, right now, that way is open for a fraction of its original price - but only for our best friends like you.
