Bulbs, But Cool
It sure feels like, for most of their history, lightbulbs were just lightbulbs.
Sure, over the years since their invention, people have been innovating, making them brighter, warmer, and more efficient. But their function remained mostly the same: to, you know, make some light.
Then, a couple years ago, someone was like, “Well, we made them as bright and warm and efficient as they’re gonna get. Let’s teach these things some FUCKING TRICKS!” And people started making lightbulbs that you could control from your phone for some reason.
To be clear, these are not those. They’re not bulbs you can screw in and then tell Alexa to dim and turn green. No, these are something much cooler.
What are they exactly? They’re bulbs that “use only direct diode lasers and holographics” to “transform any room, special event, holiday, or display with the magic of thousands of pinpoints of light that create an ethereal, mesmerizing field of stars across expansive surfaces (up to 2500 sq. ft.)”.
And that, friends, is one of those sentences that shows you exactly how written copy can fall short. Hence why we’re gonna embed this video:
They’re really cool, right? Sure! But cool enough to spend over $27 per bulb? Maybe not. Which is why it’s a good thing we’re selling a 4-pack for less than half that.
So get some and enjoy a little laser light show while you wait to see what stupid bulbs they’ll make next.
