2-Pack: Bem Wireless Big Mo WiFi Speakers
Our Take
- You get two Wi-Fi speakers that are larger than other speakers we’ve sold but, at about 4 inches cubed, probably not large enough to deserve the name “Big Mo” - Linkplay compatible, which means you don’t have to worry about some brand-proprietary app going bust- Set them up in the same room as stereo speakers, in separate rooms, or strapped to your back as Bluetooth speakers while you rollerblade- Control which speaker plays your favorite Grand Funk Railroad hit using the free app - They come with this little “wedge” you can use to prop them up, though they look and sound perfectly fine un-wedged- Model: BE7000 (Do you think at some point during the brainstorming meeting for this model number some wisecracker was like, “2BE or BE7000? That is the question”? Or do you think there was probably no meeting held specifically to brainstorm a model number because that is not something that happens?)

@skemmehs: hey weve got those Bem Wi-Fi speakers coming up. Any ideas for the writeup?@dave: Theyre a lot bigger than the Bem speakers weve sold before, so make sure the mention that. And theyre called Big Mo so maybe theres something fun there.@matthew: Have you noticed that Bem speakers are always cubes? Theyve really built a brand around being cubic. @skemmehs: heh yeah, maybe I could do a cube/pube play on words for the entire writeup. trimming our cubes or something.@dave: Or maybe, since they’re WiFi, something about how you can use them as left/right stereo speakers in the same room or set them up in different rooms and control where they play using the app.@matthew: Snooze. That cube/pube idea is :gold:@matthew: Whoops, thought there was a built-in emoji for that.@skemmehs: yeah think ill go with that. whats this wedge in the features?@matthew: Is it :goldbrick: ?@matthew: Nope @dave: Oh yeah @skemmehs, its a little stand for the speaker. Sets it at an angle.@shimmy: Like a SHIM???@dave: Hey Shimmy. Yes, I guess its like a shim. How did you get on this channel?@shimmy: Can I take this writeup? I have a great idea for it.@skemmehs: Yeah but is it better than cubes/pubes?@matthew: :goldcoin:@matthew: Dammit@dave: I donno, Shimmy. Remember the last time we let you do a writeup? You made it all about shims.@shimmy: I dont think that one was me.@dave: Yes, @shimmy, it was definitely you who wrote “Just shim a couple shims of approximately the same width as the first two shims into the un-shimmed edges of your wireless charger.”@shimmy: That smacks of @matthew IMO@matthew: :goldmine:@dave: Well whats your idea for this Bem writeup?@skemmehs: pubes. i already told you@matthew: :golden:@dave: No, Im asking @shimmy.@shimmy: Id rather keep it a surprise. But I will tell you Im planning to focus on the wedges@dave: Yeah thats what I was worried about @matthew: :goldendoodle:@dave: I really think the writeup should be about the speakers themselves, how theyre larger than most, how they sound good, and how you can set them up and control them however you want.@dave: OK?@skemmehs: got it@shimmy: Fine.@matthew: I guess there is no gold bar emoji. Will you guys go support my emojirequest?@dave: Theres a website dedicated to requesting new emojis? Nevermind what I said before. Make the Bem writeup about emojirequest.com.@skemmehs: Too late I already wrote one about pubes@shimmy: Too late I already wrote one about shims
