@ruouttaurmind A grudge? You betcha. Normally, she’d be sleeping in her bed that’s beside my bed. This is her “I’ll get even with you someday” sleeping posture.
@ruouttaurmind Zephyr tests tomorrow morning to become my therapy team partner. His temperament is perfect, but traditional obedience (sit, down, stay) is a big challenge for him, so he may have real trouble with the test. Keep a good thought for him.
@ruouttaurmind Zephyr got a perfect score (with a little timely help from serendipity). As soon as his paperwork is done he’ll become my therapy team partner. They already have a second assignment for us as there’s a dog in failing health at the childrens hospital that needs to retire, and my old mental health agency is eager for us to come back. Going to have to do some schedule crunching.
@ruouttaurmind Or meh either for that matter LOL. Only then it would have had some TX air in there. One of my cats successfully deflated every single packet of meh air I own. Took determination as first she had to get them down. Now that they are deflated she has them spread on the floor and settles on them.
@Kidsandliz I love how animals can figure out how to sleep comfortably anywhere, in any position. Makes me jealous… I can’t even get a decent nights sleep in my own bed.
@narfcake only if I had a bed that big (the bed in the photo was when I lived at someone else’s, my bed is a twin) and the cats were literate and obeyed. LOL
Of course I am down to 4 cats instead of 8 - found two good homes for the other 4 (those 4 were newer strays - neighbor left behind their three and one was dropped off at a restraint and they were going to shoot it since it kept trying to get people to pick it up so I took it home - sweet little thing; all my cats were strays and I bottle fed one of them). I would have kept all 8 were my circumstances different as they were all darling, loving lap babies.
@Yoda_Daenerys I’m not a cat person, but that’s super sweet.
@Cerridwyn And what is your dragon’s name?
@ruouttaurmind Tiamat
@Cerridwyn The other 4 heads must be hidden.
@ruouttaurmind well you just don’t see them in the image, doesn’t she look peaceful
Lady is still hiding due to that embarrassing debacle with the landshark Halloween costume. Poor puppy.
@Barney Does she hold a grudge? When I banished Miss Belle and the Zoe Monster from my bedroom Miss Belle didn’t talk to me for a couple weeks.

Mr Whiskers on his meh blanket.
@therealjrn Whiskas! I bet if I asked Mr. Whiskers, he would tell me all the blankets are his.
Zephyr, crashed.
Tempest, sometimes you need two beds to get comfy.
Sometimes half of one is enough.
@moondrake Looks like they’ve settled into their new(ish) home quite comfortably.

@moondrake Great job, Zephyr!
Synchronized Snoozing
@RiotDemon You can tell Amazon didn’t pack that box (it would have been 4x larger and contained one small kitten).

@Kidsandliz Reigning supreme in her victory no doubt.
@ruouttaurmind Yeah except I threw them all out today since she decided blocking opening the door was the best place to locate her nest.
@Kidsandliz I love how animals can figure out how to sleep comfortably anywhere, in any position. Makes me jealous… I can’t even get a decent nights sleep in my own bed.
@ruouttaurmind Some are definitely more adept than others.
@ruouttaurmind I know. I have one who sleeps with her head hanging off of the top shelf of the cat tree. How that is comfortable I do not know.
And then we have the ‘why do I even have a bed for me’ action.
@narfcake now that photo is too funny.
@Kidsandliz You think this will work?
@narfcake only if I had a bed that big (the bed in the photo was when I lived at someone else’s, my bed is a twin) and the cats were literate and obeyed. LOL

@narfcake PS I also noticed which side was bigger… that’s about right too.
My pretty bird sleeping in his bed.
@cengland0 now that is cute!
@Kidsandliz thank you. I love my birdie.
Jemaine sleeping in our shower.
Winnie and Jemaine are pals.
