What's Your Current YouTube Recommendations?
7Do you watch YouTube? We’ve been discussing how weird our recommendations have been on YouTube the last few weeks, so we thought it’s time to share what our recommended video mix looks like. I’ll start:
My current mix is:
40% BBQ videos
20% Other cooking videos
20% Guitar playing videos
15% Golf videos
4% Fishing videos
1% Which pistol is the best to carry in your truck videos

Haven’t paid too much attention to what my recommendations are as a lot is watched in an incognito browser window through a VPN.
With that said, the channels I watch more often are:

@mxduppup No I haven’t, but I’ll keep it in mind the next time I have some time to
wastespend.(I have watched the owner’s vlog channel ‘Claire Luvcat’ from time to time also, where the various personalities are better reflected over an edited kitty challenge video.)
Just about my only interaction with youtube is the /youtube command or links in the Driving Game. I just don’t really follow any channels, but I will use them when I have a project that I want some instruction on, such as tear-down/repair of a non-functioning tool etc.

I don’t subscribe to a lot of Channels, but the ones I do include Technology Connections, ReviewTechUSA, OldForgePower, Lucaas, Thomas Game Docs, and SwankyBox. My recommendations are a heady mix of SpongeBob memes, diesel engines, video game news and deep dives, airplanes, and retro/vintage electronics. Mostly. Occasionally an inflatable video makes its way in.
Mostly music; Walter Geoffrey the screaming Frenchie & other animal/animal rescue videos; & I’m all over Randy Rainbow when he comes out with a new parody, although there’s not nearly enough material now that the tangerine tyrant is out of office… talk about a mixed blessing!.
