I hear the echoes of past sales
But Meh only hears the whispers of VMP complainin’
It’s coming in at 10 for $8
The price reflects the apathy of the nations
Like all the old men who now hate
All those high-tech things that prove they’re ancient
They turn to me as if to say
“Hurry Roy! They’re all gaining on you, too!”
It’ll take a knife to steal my bucks again
All the batteries were dead inside the last ten
I felt so pissed 'bout those Trackers, yeah
Gonna take some time off of this meeehhh ehh yeeehhhee yeh yeh doot doo
@msayler I’m not ancient although I guess a few eyebrow hairs might be going. It’s not an old guy thing. It’s more how lazy and stupid you are too need these. You win. Call back when you get alzeimhers. I’ll never buy them.
I bought some of these from meh a few times ago. They suck. They’re not accurate, the batteries died after just a couple of months, and then their app is so broken that I got stuck in a loop of not being able to order the replacement battery until I uninstalled and reinstalled.
Then, I did buy it, and never even got the damn battery!
I bought some before and have never used them. Not sure why. Maybe to make VMP seem like a deal? Anyway, I can not even remember the last time I lost my phone or keys. Two front pockets, one goes in one and one the other. They both go into their little niche at night. No problem.
@bgammill would you pay $3 each for these of they did that? If yes, let me know and I will sell you a 10 pack with fresh batteries for $30 plus shipping. I will even test each one to be sure you get no duds.
Dear Meh: I still have 8 unused TrackR Pixels from the last order. However, my Bubba coffee tumblers I ordered from you eons ago are really showing their age. So how about some 20oz coffee tumblers tomorrow? What say you? Don’t make me buy a couple new ones from Amazon just to have you throw some up within a week after.
I like the meh face with a combover. Speaking of creepy guys, maybe I should hand these out to trick or treaters and turn up on their doorstep later! I’m kidding. Man, I hope the cops don’t show up at my door later tonight.
Bought these a while ago. They’re OK, but made me want to invest in Tile. Tile was far more reliable, consistent, and accurate. Every place Trakr falls short, Tile excels…
Trakr isn’t bad, it’s just not as good and trusting as Tile.
Comparing these to Tile is a lot like comparing a Mercedez to a Chevy Cruze. Both will do a basic job, the cheaper one will do it slower, less reliably, and won’t get you any style points. The price on a Tile starts at around 17 TIMES the price of these and goes up from there. That price difference makes a comparison illogical
If your keys are in your house someplace but your house and brain are as disorganized as mine, these work. The batteries in mine have lasted 3 to 4 months at a time or so and the app tells you the battery is low if you open it every so often (gotta replace the battery in the one in my wallet at the moment). using the tape trick I can replace a battery in a minute or less. Batteries should be purchased in multi packs, not through the replacement service (which is as useless as most extended warranties). I got them for 50 cents each by buying 20.
Bought a 4-pk on here several months ago. Found uses for two a couple months ago. Battery already died on at least one. Not worth it, unless you’re losing something on a daily basis.
I bought these a while ago and they’re shit. Let’s talk about why:
The range on them is pretty bad. If you’re more than a room away, you probably can’t set off the chime, and even if you can it’s dubious whether you’ll be able to hear it.
The app tells you when you’re getting closer or further away, but it’s not reliable enough to pay attention to.
The little lanyards are pretty flimsy. I’d trust them on a pair of keys, which are inconvenient to lose but not particularly high value; I would not trust them on luggage or a camera bag.
The batteries don’t last long at all.
The app’s “last known” location feature is useless.
There are pretty significant privacy implications around running the app in the background, because you have to give Trackr 24/7 information about your location. Without doing this your own experience is degraded.
However, letting Trackr run in the background is mostly for the benefit of other users anyway.
Overall, I hate 'em… but I don’t regret buying them because at least now I know that this whole product category isn’t my jam.
I’ve got these several times but the problem is the batteries are dead that says click for a free battery replacement couldn’t get it to work better off going to Best Buy or someplace online batteries For them
Ten in the Box(es) … TWO of them have batteries that actually worked and one of those died shortly thereafter.
Trying to get the back off to change batteries is, well, impossible.
One day I’ll learn my lesson about buying things here…

something that sounds like a great deal but involves more effort than clicking BUY…pass
God, these again for like the 100th time.
Nothing delicious about that stupid joke.
Damn, just how many of these things did Meh get their hands on?
At this rate these will be party gifts for VMPrs and Memebers.
@RedOak All company stock value is backed in TrackR Pixels, fidget spinners and bricked candy corn.
I want a picture of the pallets of cand… no, I mean fidge… no, I mean trackers in the warehouse.
Thank heaven a got through 24 hours without buying one of those coffee makers. Maybe for $10 next time, Meh???
have one on my phone and car keys ,they work well actually bought when they were $18.00 i believe …
Oh dear God, not again.

So many things wrong here… But I guess we all can’t just keep track of our shit. How do you find anything if you can’t keep track of your phone?
@unksol Some of us can’t find our ass with two hands…

Stay away.
All the ones I bought last time have dead batteries, I’m sure all the ones for sale here are dead.
@Fuzzalini I bought these when they were a buck and got replacement 2016’s @ 50¢. Figured that was still a good price.
I took a month or so for the new batteries to start giving low battery warnings and then the trackers just disconnect.
Good luck finding them now!

@ponagathos I have a little stack of these things too, still in the packaging.
Gee, if it’s so easy to buy batteries and refurb these pos’s (or is that p’sos?) howcum meh doesn’t do that?

Know what these would be good for? Sending to VMPs to make them stop complaining about not getting free phone adapters in forever.

Total poo. Most were doa last time. Even with fresh batteries they’re cheap unreliable, and prone to breakage
The ones I bought died VERY quickly… not worth even half what I paid…
Glad I read the comments…I almost hit that buy button
You could attach them to Koala’s then even if you didn’t buy the 100-mile TV antennas you could still figure out what they get up to.

I have mine from the last sale tied in to MY PC…so it alerts me when MEH sells this crap and I can spend my money on woot…

My phone cannot even locate the app on google play so these are worthless to me
This turned out to be a worthless pack of crap. They did not synch at all.I ended up throwing it all away. Do NOT buy.
@Writor I won’t.
@Ignorant @Writor I already did. I just can’t remember where I put them.
