Meh.....can you score a large quantity of Maui Jim's sunglasses, for men and women? I'd love to see a smart cat like you take that pretty penny pricetag down a few notches so the rest of us could actually wear a pair.
I own 2 pairs of MJ Sport.....and I would hate to see those.... less wothy .... sporting them. They are a status symbol. If you can't afford (or get your signifigant other to agree to let you spend the money) them, you should not be waring them. Be happy with your Wal-Mart knock offs and your mini van....
@TheDagda Well, you mentioned them being a status symbol, and most Apple products have very little functionality beyond being very expensive status symbols. Sorry for the misplaced accusation.
@Dweezle ... Fair point. I was was converted from the Ray-Ban polarized line. . . And I was being sarcastic . . or was it sardonic? Anyway, everyone should get a chance to try them. . . Check them out on the official site.
No...I am a u/linix programmer...I don't work for MJ...LoL
@TheDagda I tried that on the the third pair, I'm always very careful with my glass', and have never needed the hard case for anything. The flexible metal just doesn't hold up, just putting on and taking off was enough to break it time and again. It was disappointing as the lenses were indeed good. My Ray-Ban's cost a third as much, had almost as good lenses, and were a third the price. Not a tough choice really. Of course other models could be sturdier, just not their flex ones. Oh, my Boole's are also nearly on par for far less dough.
@michaelahess ahh..now I understand. I wear the MJ Sport model. The whole frame flexes so all you have to do is tighten the screws e very 6 months or so.
i've had two pairs over ten years now. great glasses, wear them daily, great in sun, snow, and glare. different styles fit different mellon configurations. look great. the warranty is great if you need to use it.
It would be a miracle for that to happen. I work in the optical field and I can tell you that MJ's are a very protected brand.

@TheDagda So you're an Apple user too, I take it? How many iWatches do you own?
@djslack one pair for the car...the other pair for the motorcycle...is that weird?
@Dweezle I don't own ANY Ma....Appl..Maaac throws up a little in his mouth urp I'm not sure how owning Maui Jim sunglasses led to that? LoL

@TheDagda no, it's not weird, i was just channeling Chip Chipperson/being silly.
Mine broke. Over and over and over. Warranty was great for the two years. Sunglasses though were rather meh.
@michaelahess I had the same problem with my first pair. Then I started using the (hard side) case that comes with them...

Thanks for making me feel a little more normal @bayportbob ! (See @djslack ? I'm not the only one! LoL)
Love my Maui Jim Kanaha's. Best glasses I've ever owned. Light-weight, amazing clarity and really durable. Highly recommend.
You'll take your speaker dock/random sunglasses combo and you'll like it!
