Irk and Friends Morning Email Banter
5The redeeming quality of the morning Mehmail has been upped since yesterday with snippets from Meh’s Slack channels. Today I wasn’t at work when I read it, so I’m coming to the forum and making a thing about it (just for you, @snapster!).
So far Irk and Paper Bag Snapster are our main players. Matthew and chin-twin Sr Chinface are also around. Can’t wait to see how these characters develop eight lines of chat at a time and who else comes in.
I already know what the Meh deal is as a dedicated midnight crew member, so the character banter and seeing what comments got redacted are the only reasons for me to read the mail. I’m liking the possibilities of the banter section. It feels like the writing style of a comic strip without any drawing.
What’s everyone else think about getting a peek into the fictional workplace banter of our favorite Meh friends?

Also I think having to see Chinface eat crackers would be terrible. That should make his next video.
I kinda see it as an extension to what started with Monte and Mortimer back at woot, which means I enjoy it.
What are these emails that I am not getting or can’t find?
@f00l If you go into your Meh account settings, you will be able to opt out or in to any of the four current things that trigger emails:
mediocre.com newsletters
meh.com daily deals
morningsave.com flash sales
Forum notifications
is checked off, then the rather spammy-looking daily emails from meh.com are probably being spamfiltered out. If it isn’t checked off, then you know what to do.

@f00l check your promotions folder. That’s where they go in mine. I haven’t figured out how to stop it.

Can’t find. Looked everywhere I can think to look. Searched on Meh.com, these were never opened, they should have shown up there even without a label.
Some other term I can use for search?

Are you checking your gmail through your phone or desktop?

Android Gmail client.
Woot and Meh have their own email address.
Checked all folders for unread stuff from the last week. Nein.
Ran a global search on that address for "hello@meh.com". Nada.
Checked trash. Negative.
Have not yet checked brain for pure vacuum, but have my suspicions.
@f00l I think the next step is to ask @katylava to see if you are on the list for this campaign, or if they actually sent you the daily email then.
