I need to blame someone.
4So, unfortunately, @Pavlov - our beloved June goat has had an unfortunate accident - to which all our prayers go out to him and his family, as well as everyone else involved. I have said I would thank him every single day (no matter how trivial), which I will continue to do on his very funny thread. But I also need to blame someone for shit. @Narfcake (May Goat) has again stepped up in another thread and stated he would take on these duties. I will start because I opened the pool late this year and it is still not clear. If one person tells me to go have the water tested - I will maim you.

I had a shelf in the closet break and shirt.woot is offering AA shirts (temporarily?) as an option. You know who's to blame for the first and @pavlov to commend for the second.
@narfcake They're offering AA shirts because you had a shelf break? Keep breaking shelves.
@pitamuffin Only if you think it's related; I don't because it wasn't a shirt shelf ... which is a way of saying that I don't have enough shirts yet?
FWIW, blaming me for not posting about a purple catshirt the other day is totally valid. So here's a preemptive SORRY!
@narfcake Aw man, you had me excited. AA option is only on the patriotic dailies. I hope there's one I like!
@narfcake would you clean a purple cat shirt with today's Dyson Animal?
@bludgeon Nope, but only because there are machines that are designed to do this very specific task of washing clothes.
Ok, rewind........I actually thank @Pavlov on @JonT's "Thank him thread" https://meh.com/forum/topics/lets-think-about-our-scapegoat-a-little-differently-this-month
And here is his funny June Scapegoat thread: https://meh.com/forum/topics/fuku-fuko-every-sunday-in-june (submissions are closed so please don't post any. Only well wishes.)
JC, I couldn't even get this right. You wonder why my pool still isn't clear. @Narfcake - (I blame you.)
I found that I could clear up my pool by just running the filter nonstop for a day or two.
@Teripie That has been going on for a while - major chlorine, banish, back up, polysheen - it's just a waiting game at this point. It's getting there.
@mfladd Is the pH right? The other chemicals are designed to work at neutral.
@sammydog01 PH is at 7.2, in the range. Just waiting. But more importantly, just wanted to blame @narfcake for something.
Now I don't know what thread to post in which is the fault of @narfcake .
Did you see what a beautiful day today was? We drove to the smallest state capital and walked our dog, Murphy, in Hubbard Park. Then we bought 8 quarts of strawberries at a local farm. Thank you @pavlov .
Hey @mfladd - Have you had the water tested in your pool? What's the ph? What method will you use to maim @narfcake? Can you keep his shirt intact?
@Thumperchick
You know I luv ya. As for @Narfcake
@mfladd BLEAT!
As for testing the water - use an early copy of Nevermore (on asphalt). If the shirt disintegrates, then the ph is way off. If it comes out readable, then you have too much chlorine.
