Starting out with 4? I brush once per day in the shower, and I haven’t had a cavity in over two decades.

I’m assuming this is counting each tooth individually. I brush a tooth 64 times a day.
@dave my sonic toothbrush does something like 41,000 brushes a minute so I’m brushing at least 164,000 times a day, sometimes 246,000.
Fun fact. It takes me EXACTLY one hum of the full “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” song before my electric toothbrush shuts off.
I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day…the good old fashion way. By hand, with a toothbrush.
