There’s Shepard’s Pie and a bunch of other savory pies… I wonder if a savory cheese pie is applicable. I’m thinking something like a cannoli - the pastry dough for a pie shell, ricotta/provolone/fontina interior mix, a layer of tomato paste and seasoning, then mozzarella on top?
