Hawaii - why is it so Un-Meh-Friendly

I just move to Hawaii, and tried to order some of dem Meh-Shorts and dey won’t ship to Hawai’i what is the deal. We are a state!! a quite fine state too - and we need more swim trunks. Especially as a Hawaii school teacher, I could totally teach in those along with some tasteful flip-flops!! Please Meh let me be buy some of these trunks!!

Meh-oh-Meh will I have to cancel my grandfathered VMP? It is a sad morning so I guess I will just head to the beach sans Meh shorts!!
