Hi all. I received an item that was crushed in shipping and I can’t get Meh customer service to respond via email. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks Phil
I’ve looked everywhere. I saw an email saying that you had mentioned me but nothing in response to my two earlier emails. Can u tell me here what I can do to return the damaged package please?
@RiotDemon no. All I want to do is figure out how to return an item that arrived damaged (shattered actually). The only emails that I’m getting from you all are ones that say I’m mentioned on the chat. I’ve checked and checked and nothing else is coming through. Seriously how hard is it to tell someone how to return an item? Amazon seems to have it figured out. Yes I’m frustrated.
@thumperchick while on this topic, I responded with the “I need help with this” button in the “your orders” tab. Will that response come to my email? I expected a reply by now regarding a bad pair of Verisonix headphones.
