@RiotDemon no. All I want to do is figure out how to return an item that arrived damaged (shattered actually). The only emails that I’m getting from you all are ones that say I’m mentioned on the chat. I’ve checked and checked and nothing else is coming through. Seriously how hard is it to tell someone how to return an item? Amazon seems to have it figured out. Yes I’m frustrated.
