@Pony@Tadlem43 White chocolate scuylpted into the shape of a Brussels sprout would be pretty good, yes. But I don’t think it would be a good idea to try to do the same with liver & onions; the result would resemble dried fossilized cat barf too much.
@un4gvn1 The red-eye! There was a coffee cart at the airport that made a great one. Was bummed one morning catching a 6am flight when I found they weren’t open yet!
Back in my barista days, I would make myself a large breve (a latte with half and half instead of milk) with five pumps of caramel sauce (or three caramel, two hazelnut) a couple times a week. I got away with it then because I was in my twenties and on my feet a lot.
These days it’s drip coffee with dark brown sugar and a bit of cream. A scoop of hot chocolate mix and maybe a bit of brandy if I’m feeling decadent. But just a plain latte if I’m out and about.
just do what Italians do and Andiamo Affogato!
It basically super cold vanilla ice cream w/couple shots of hot espresso poured over. can add liqueur of choice if desired.
Does hot chocolate count? I don’t drink coffee.
@kjady if you add mint marshmallows, yes

Double Irish coffee. Double espresso with Baileys and Jameson, topped with whipped cream.
Cappuccino or latte, no syrup, chocolate, or other flavoring. Strong black tea, milk and sugar. And that’s all.

Another tasty one: pull a couple of shots with chili powder mixed into the grounds and use them in a mocha.
@dannybeans I absolutely love breves. So indulgent.
If buying - Mexican Mocha from Southside Coffee in the largest cup available.
If making - Stok Chocolate cold brew mixed half coffee and half cream. Perfect on a weekend afternoon after a looooong bicycle ride.
@yakkoTDI Stok is great stuff!
@kostia The Chocolate and Extra Bold are the best flavours.
