@Pony@Tadlem43 White chocolate scuylpted into the shape of a Brussels sprout would be pretty good, yes. But I don’t think it would be a good idea to try to do the same with liver & onions; the result would resemble dried fossilized cat barf too much.
Back in my barista days, I would make myself a large breve (a latte with half and half instead of milk) with five pumps of caramel sauce (or three caramel, two hazelnut) a couple times a week. I got away with it then because I was in my twenties and on my feet a lot.
These days it’s drip coffee with dark brown sugar and a bit of cream. A scoop of hot chocolate mix and maybe a bit of brandy if I’m feeling decadent. But just a plain latte if I’m out and about.
