Always: a second traditional dinner and sandwiches (panini this year) for lunch
I also try a different leftover recipe that I’ve found over the year. This year made a turkey cheddar pie with a bacon lattice crust that I saw in Parade magazine.
I usually do a bit of all the above. I have my carcass cooking now to make a turkey and noodle soup. But last night for dinner we ate a plate of everything. I also sent some home with my daughter. Who knows what she did with it. When my son was home he would just eat it all, like 3 meals a day of turkey dinners.
