You might have to put your browser in “Desktop site” mode (That’s the setting on my Android Chrome app) for it to work.

@KSchweitz There often is a lot of overlap between them, but it’s common for them to have no items duplicated between two that were shipped on the same day. That’s why we have these reveal threads, so that people can gloat over theirs, celebrate the luck of others, and/or commiserate with the ones whose box merits just a sad trombone sound.

Mine and my daughter’s should arrive Saturday as well. We always like to see who gets the better one. Like many others have done, if there’s something in there I can’t use. I hang onto it to register to someone and they are ecstatic to get it. 2 months ago my $40 regret bot gifted me with a 15 pc set of Cuisinart hard anodized non stick pans. Those are pricey and I knew I scored big time on that one.

Welp the instant regret hit hard this time. I grabbed mine off side deal. Got a text from my SO like, “Why did you order a shower seat??”
“I didn’t???” – oh wait… Perhaps I did. Been a while since my last IRK. A true April Fools IRK. It came w a couple things that I have no real use for. I’ll probably donate the shower seat to a local old-people place. Unless I break a leg in the very near future.
@caalsio My insurance company sent me one of those back in January, not too long after they did the annual health assessment with the in-home nurse who drops by for that. In the interview, I told her that I had no need for assistive devices of any kind, and was fully capable of taking care of myself. But I guess they decided that I’m just too old to not need some of this crap. So here it is. On the other hand, there is a tiny possibility that I may actually want one for a couple of weeks in late May or early June while I’m recovering from the next round of surgery. But I kind of doubt it.
@caalsio And now I have this sense of dread that my own IRK, which is supposed to be delivered today, may contain yet another one. My luck does tend to run in that kind of direction.
@caalsio @werehatrack Given my age and the fact that haven’t gotten one in a long time that was tailored to me ( ie the balls one, horse piniata, and the bubble wrap one) think there is a better than 50% chance mine contains one of those.

@caalsio Don’t live as close to the Warehouse as @ironcheftoni but I live near Austin just 3 hours drive down the road on I35. Was supposed to arrive yesterday but it got stuck on a FedEx truck in Pflugerville. Supposed to arrive today. Although I live on the path of totality, eclipse traffic is not to blame because that’s not happening for another 3 days.
Most of the folks in town are old folks so if I get one of these, I can gift this to a neighbor and borrow it back when I need it. Nothing like junking up someone else’s house with stuff I can use from time to time.

@Lynnerizer I have only worn one bud while mowing and found it pretty good. My mower is pretty quiet (battery) and the music was pretty clear. I am on an iPhone and could access Siri with the bud.

@klynb I bought those ginger chews when they were on the site. I had to ask for and get refund because inedible because the paper wrapper on the chews was melted into the candy such that paper could not be gotten off , no matter what.

@ironcheftoni Thanks for asking. Still a clump. How she acts, what she does and eats changes from day to day-about two weeks ago she didn’t see to be eating or acting normally so rushed her over to the vet and $ 188 later he said everything looked fine. Vet saw the mixture of pellets we give her (4 different types) and said she eats better than 90% of the birds he sees.
About six months ago went on a cruise and took her to the pet resort for 2 weeks where Walter had been over 30 times and her report card said she was a joy, was talking up a storm and was riding around on people’s shoulder. I asked them were they sure that was our bird because other than making more sounds-she still appears not to like us all that much except when we are giving her food.

@ironcheftoni @Kyeh not really-compared to snowflake whom we had to take back to the rescue-this bird is more our speed. Just wish she was a little more reactive and friendly-now she is sort of like having a stuffed bird sitting in a cage.

Other than her quirks-she is making more non bird sounds-wish she would learn how to speak without food in her peak though.

My wife looked it up on the internet and it said it might be because of some vitamin deficiency but the vet said it was just a discoloration and nothing to worry about.
My box is middle of the road, but I’m happy with it.

@werehatrack my son has hand warmers like that. You charge them using a cable and wall plug or USB. Then there is an on switch and they heat up pretty good. He holds it in his hand and puts his hand in a pocket to contain the heat. Even on the coldest days out - talking midwest below zero - his hands were toasty.
@cbilyak It also works as a 5200mAh (claimed) power bank. No instructions were in the box, so I’m going to have to wing it. There’s one button. I can figure it out.

My sidedeal IRK just arrived and it is one thing but that’s because it is a Shark Stratos. Now here is the IRK kicker. It has the RMA paper and RMA number in the box.

Opened them up. A mixed bag (box?) of regret and “eh, not too bad…”
SideDeal IRK:
Overall not particularly good for a $15 gamble, considering only the cable and clogs have any value and/or utility. The rest will be donated.
Meh IRK:
A much better haul, for just $10 instead of SideDeal’s $15. Overall considerably more value than the $25 total that was paid, but nowhere near as cool as the bunch of crumped-up $100 bills I was promised.

@Vectors Those ginger chews are likely stuck to the wrapper but if you zap it in the microwave for 8-10 seconds, maybe less maybe more depending on the power of your microwave, you can unwrap the paper. I love those, I think it is worth the trouble. But I did get too many packages on Meh when they were selling them
@Vectors i have put them in my pocketand go about my business. It’s usually at least 15 minutes before I pull them out. The heat from my body seems to soften the chews enough that I can gingerly (pun intended) pull off the paper. I’ve had pretty good luck with this and most of time the paper will come off. Also, I don’t have a microwave so I had to figure out another way.

I was in the parking lot and all of the sudden a car broke out in flames! It was super scary and the fire extinguisher someone brought out was useless in controlling it. By the time the fire truck came 3 vehicles had been involved. It turned out that the fire started from matches that were left in the glove box!

@Kyeh the pillow is one of those that is shaped like this (not the identical pillow but the same shape. I got one with stains on the cover tightly wrapped up and it expanded fully in about 2 hours).

@Kyeh The cover has a few dirt marks which I need to wash off. I was going to try to sell it. Well and roll it up tightly after taking a photo back into the bag. My cats already own all bed pillows in the house. They certainly don’t need more.

Mine doesn’t seem to be the same shape as the one you got, it’s flatter.
@Kyeh You can clean the cover that comes off. Wash memory foam and you have a mess. Mine was flat as a pancake and much shorter than the cover originally when I first took it out. It is still slowly finishing expanding - maybe 10 or 12 hours later. Can’t remember for sure when I took it out. It took around 2 hours for me to see that it was going to expand at all and I originally thought it was fully expanded but it wasn’t. Still filling out more.

Well what can I say…the jokes on me…no IRK bag. Hopefully next time. But look what is back…the InCase 15" cover that I don’t think fits anything. The pan is nice, part of a set, did you piece it out…however, I got the lid so thank you for that. Happy April Fools…until the next Mehathon…

My Meh IRK and SideDeal IRK arrived the same day. I got amazing stuff, can’t remember what was in what box so I just photographed it all…except for the low carb granola that my husband took and started eating right away. lol
So, the vacuum is fantastic! We have a big Dyson at home in MN, bought a stick for the apartment since we are wintering in CA and really like it. This arrives within 3 weeks of heading back, we were wanting one for the other house! @Lynnerizer The jigsaw puzzle is Feathered Friends. I’ve added it to my donation pile. The Brookstone sheets are “BioSense Thermo-Stat” 100% Tencel Lyocell made from natural botanicals, 500 thread count. I don’t have a king mattress, so I gave them to a friend who does.

Got the Members only IRK, my first one in a while. When I got home to find a large package on the porch I started questioning household members as to who purchased a foot massager…then I realized. Was this the IRK box? Or part of something bigger? Was there even a foot massager inside?

Well. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten one that is 100% regret. But today is the day. First of course it got lost by FedEx, and then it finally got a notification that it was being delivered today. So I Wander over to the lockers and pull out this box that looks nothing like in her box. And then I saw what it said it was on the box and I thought I wonder if this is a repack. It wasn’t. It has a battery operated wreath with a remote control. Paint. One of those MacBook cases. An IRK that is totally covered with flocking. So it will be for the trash. And the battery to something I have no clue what. Or what looks like a battery component to something. Okay let’s see if I can post the pictures.

My sidereal irk survived the toss/drop delivery to my doorstep. The glasses are pretty but I don’t drink wine. I’ll probably keep them and the meh beanie, nevermind that I don’t need one in SoCal. The irk bag colors are new to me. A meh irk overall. The Mac case and blow dryer attachment are useless to me.

Not a great haul for me. A white IRK bag, 2 bags of ginger chews( where is the expire date?) a mac case (I don’t have a Mac), white queen sheet sets, glitter paint, box of expired pumpkin spice bites and a small women’s top. I should stop buying these things
@eastcoastmary The Exp. Date for the Ginger Chews is on the back (see pic). Took me a while to find it!
@eastcoastmary The expiration date is less important than the observation that the reason why these are at Meh is that the paper wrapping around each chew is next to impossible to remove unless the chew is at just the right level of warm temperature, and a bit difficult even then. Had they used the rice paper that is customary for Asian ginger chews, it would not need removal - but they didn’t. Multiple posts in the threads about these chews have contained reports of ways to successfully unwrap them, along with exasperated declarations of regret and failure. For some, apparently it’s no big deal. I hope you are among that number.
@eastcoastmary @werehatrack agree…it is frustrating but I am one of those who is ok with it. I am however, a very very very patient person with things like that and I DID buy them knowing about the issue. In fact, I think I will go warm one up and have a itty snack.

So I had written Meh for a replacement IRK bag because they had sent me a kids teepee set in the manufacturers box & it was just that. New & sealed in the manufacturers box & nothing else.
They responded back very quickly, said they would send out a replacement & thanked me for being a VMP.
By replacement I was under the impression of an IRK bag.
Today I got my IRK bag & a NEATO D8 smart vacuum.

Sharper Image, 30+ years back was innovative with a sprinkling of good items on top of Chinese crap.
The name was bought out and now it is pretty much ALL Chinese crap just like Minolta, GE, Nakamici and many other once famous brands. Same in home appliances. Buyer beware. I am really sick of sellers with no support, no part, excuses and run-arounds.
@radi0j0hn And even the few that do offer some spare parts don’t cover a lot of the device, and some don’t even know what the hell they’ve sold. I ran into that with a pressure washer several years back, and I ended up returning it back to Lowe’s when the nominal manufacturer’s service and support rep in the United States couldn’t even identify what spare part I needed. I have noticed that the manufacturer involved seems to have evaporated. I guess they pissed off enough people that the big retail outlets wouldn’t put up with them anymore. Even harbor freight had better support. And actually, theirs isn’t terrible anymore. It’s merely pathetic. Well, sometimes. Sometimes it’s actually decent.
[I got a coat that fits me perfectly, a new sonic toothbrush, ear buds, and slippers that are also just my size.
