What I am doing is giving every anal-retentive, free-shit-dreaming, unneeded-crap-collecting, reluctantly-and-incompletely-bathing Mehtizen who put in an application for their own chance at “winning” my Fuck-You-Buckaroo Box an opportunity to personally verify that I didn’t somehow leave you out. If you got your post in on time in the original topic, please take a moment to confirm that you’re on this list.
If you no longer want to be on the list, please let me know. I’ll auction off your spot to the highest bidder (or most pitiful loser). There are many to choose from.
If you feel that you should rightfully be represented here, and I carelessly missed you, then you have my condolences and a hearty better-luck-next-time pat on the shoulders.

A Jewish guy called Jacob finds himself in dire trouble.
His business has gone bust and he’s in serious financial trouble.
He’s so desperate that he decides to ask God for help.
He goes into the synagogue and begins to pray…
“God, please help me, I’ve lost my business and if I don’t
get some money, I’m going to lose my house as well,
please let me win the lotto”.
Lotto night comes and somebody else wins it.
Jacob goes back to the synagogue…
“God, please let me win the lotto, I’ve lost my business,
my house and I’m going to lose my car as well”.
Lotto night comes and Jacob still has no luck!!
Back to the synagogue…
“My God, why have you forsaken me??
I’ve lost my business, my house, my car
and my wife and children are starving.
I don’t often ask you for help and I have always
been a good servant to you.
Why won’t you just let me win the lotto this one
time so I can get my life back in order???”.
Suddenly there is a blinding flash of light as the heavens open
and Jacob is confronted by the voice of GOD himself:
“JACOB, MEET ME HALF WAY ON THIS ONE, BUY A FUCKING TICKET”.

I don’t know how to break the news to everyone, so I’m just going to come out and say it. The only Mehtizens eligible for my Box are those who posted in the original thread before the deadline. Granted, the whole thing was arbitrary and I made it up as I went along, but it’s my box of crap, and therefore my rules…
Sorry to those of you who got left out of the running on this one. Depending upon a number of factors, I may do it again someday. Next time, don’t be lazy if you want to play…
I realize that this is, for some, a heartbreaking turn of events. I deeply regret crushing your hopes and dreams, but the rules are the rules, and who am I to ignore them? Even if I made them up. Until midnight on 4/30, I will be available for your blame needs. After that, you’ll have to yell at someone else. But mostly, you have only yourselves to blame.
