@obxer Going back to a previous item where the clock ran r…e…a…l s…l…o…w…
it might be better to find alternative items available in your area (not in all states and you’ll be a criminal in some of 'em). But if you’re going to take a dose (caffeine or anything else) make sure you know what the dose is and that it’s OK for you. Being serious here. 80mg in a bar doesn’t sound too bad so I think it’s reasonable. Though the salted one, it’s like “hey, let’s bump up this old guy’s heart rate, and also the blood pressure thanks to the “salted” part” and I’m thinking probably not a good idea for me or maybe limit to 1/2 bar at a time.
What’s with all the expired stuff being so pricey? Lots of expired stroopwaffles on side deal. I mean, come on, it’s expired. Sell it for a penny and move on
@troy to each his own I suppose. I know some items are safe after their Best buy date. However, other than chocolate, I’ve not found the quality after the Best buy date to be all that good
I bought these on SD (Jan 27) before they were expired and paid $25. Funny thing is they are going to hopefully be delivered today (18 days later) with best buy dates of 3 days ago. I didn’t think it would take so long to get them.

Oh, ick. C’mon coffee lovers, buy these things so that the rest of us don’t have to wait for a better item again.
What’s the cardiologist risk index on these?
@pmarin I guess that depends on whether you are a cardiologist.
Nice that the peanut ones don’t have almonds, but they do have chicory. Hard to find anything like this for someone who has both allergies, lol.
Wrong! I said I wanted to drink my energy bar, not eat my coffee!
So many terrible reviews for taste and texture, possibly as you might expect.
@obxer I mean they are expired

all 3 flavors taste exactly the same, pretty gnarly, i’ve still got plenty left.

I bought these last time they were up. They’re not necessarily “bad”, but the taste and texture is just… not great. Not worth it, honestly.
Yeah, it’s a thumbs down from me on these. I was hoping the would taste similar to Lärabars. That is not the case.
