Can’t cut Atty any slack, or anything else, for that matter, because I missed out on the contractor grade carpet knife. And the 86 knives that came before it.
@KDemo This the damn speaker that started it all. . . apparently it’s Razorback Red, at least it was in the original sale two years ago. . . wonder why they still have stock. .
I have one of these, got it awhile ago (from here, maybe?). For the size of them, they actually kinda rock. Waaaay better other cube speakers I’ve bought this size.
Costco also sells them, but now those have a wireless recharging base… but also cost a chunk more.
The fetus at 12 week size reference, plus the color of them makes me think that what you’re really saying about these speakers is they’re little abortions…
I think this was my first purchase on Meh, and I think it was $14 for one. I still use that speaker every night for music when I go to sleep and wake up. For a mono speaker, it sounds excellent. Much better than many other BT speakers, the Bem is comparable to speakers that retail at 6x the cost.
As a borg queen I simply love cubed things, that is why I love these bēm wireless Mini Mobile Bluetooth Speakers!!! Not only do they have the wonderful cube structure they also feature incredible audio and bass response for such a small size!!! The built in rechargeable battery lasts for 3 hours on a full charge and the soft touch finish keeps them tidy.
The whole collective loves them!!! (and those who don’t will comply once the firmware update reaches them)
In for 4 two packs in black and of course I got VMP, resistance to its value is futile.
Bought one of the .25" inch larger ones from Costco 3 years ago (for 6x the price) - the micro-USB charging port is horribly connected to the circuit board inside. Push too hard to insert the charging cable and you will dislodge the port from the circuit board. I might get these if you PAID ME $14 to get them
@Dizavid It’s not that we need it, but rather, so meh gets rid of it faster.
It’s why the markets here have gone to a “buy 3 and save $” model instead of just discounting each item; buying 3 moves way more inventory than if it was just on sale for each item.
So I got my little bēm mini mobile today and opened one… charged it up… gave it a test (via bluetooth) and was like “well crap” the sound underwhelmed… until I turned up the volume on the speaker itself and now I am impressed. That is some really decent bass for such a tiny little battery powered speaker.
I can’t seem to receive calls on my iphone with this however… I will try later with my android and figure that out.
Thanks meh!
(the bluetooth volume and the speaker volume exist independently on these little cubes)
These are now my favorite speakers, even if they call themselves mini-whatever instead of BeM on the list. Streaming Amazon stations is fun again. It’s clear enough to hear individual banjos & guitars in Mumford & Sons.
I ordered these expecting a sound equal to the price, cheap. I went out and bought a $20 speaker the same day. The $20 speaker sounded, meh. I got these 2 little red speakers a few days later in the mail. Charged them and wow! These little red speakers kick some serious butt! Sound quality and volume are impressive! Reading some of the other comments where people are keeping one and giving the other away, I’m keeping both of mine! These speakers are definitely way better than meh! Awesome find guys!
This speaker worked really well the first time I tried it, but every time after the sound is really choppy with bluetooth, even with the phone right next to the speaker. It works great plugged in, though.

Square deal speak up
@AttyVette
The judges were looking for something like “Bēm me up, Scotty.”
They’ll also accept “Bēm there, done that.”
@MehnofLaMehncha – also what about I think I’ll putt on this deal ?
@MehnofLaMehncha Aw, cut @AttyVette a bit of slack. It’s “Bēm a Hard Day’s Night.”
@LaVikinga
Can’t cut Atty any slack, or anything else, for that matter, because I missed out on the contractor grade carpet knife. And the 86 knives that came before it.
@MehnofLaMehncha Missing out on that carpet knife deal must’ve cut pretty deep.
Mēh.
No lightning connector?
Or, to put it another way, things in the mirror appear larger.
For some reason, my fuko gland was throbbing tonight, but I guess it’s not ready to discharge just yet.
@awk You don’t take care of that gland by yourself, do you??!!
@awk I gagged a little
@awk Never on a Tuesday.
@cinoclav Wait…I thought it was twice on Tuesday?
Yea! Blue Tooth speakers!! Looks like a square deal!!! Or maybe two-for-Tuesday Square Deals!!!
Ooopppsss…did that too quick. More like a cube deal…or cube deals…
Oh how refreshing. Finally we get something new. Bluetooth speakers!
But is it Georgia red??
@KDemo they are! (would I lie to you??)
@KDemo This the damn speaker that started it all. . . apparently it’s Razorback Red, at least it was in the original sale two years ago. . . wonder why they still have stock. .
@jrwofuga - Ha! There you are! I knew there was something familiar about this. Perhaps this is the last of the bunch?
@KDemo look at the link later in the thread.
Hey, micro-USB instead of mini-USB!
@RandyWalker TWSS
No purple, no deal.
@bbf I love purple.
Will they fit in my ears?
@cmafba Are you an elephant?
@alose no. iOS
@cmafba this fits squarely where they should --I guess
Will these work with my iphone 7?
@thismyusername no, you need to have courage and buy Apple airbuds or whatever the hell they are called for $160
I have one of these, got it awhile ago (from here, maybe?). For the size of them, they actually kinda rock. Waaaay better other cube speakers I’ve bought this size.
Costco also sells them, but now those have a wireless recharging base… but also cost a chunk more.
But I will say that my Bem has been supplanted by this one, which sounds even better (but is also much bigger).
Here are the Costco ones they are selling, they also play in stereo.
Okay, last self reply… I did indeed buy my Bēm here, back on November 21st 2014, according to the Wayback Machine.
@haydesigner How much stereo can you get out of something the size of a golf ball?
I have so many speakers and about half of them are Bluetooth… So why do I still want this?
@Magicalyn because of the macron over the e.
@Magicalyn Well, how many of your speakers did you buy on a Tuesday? Maybe now’s your chance to try something new.
The fetus at 12 week size reference, plus the color of them makes me think that what you’re really saying about these speakers is they’re little abortions…
@robson comment of the day right here!
Call me Meh-bey? Actually, no. Cheapo Bluetooth speakers - don’t call me.
oh joy… more bluetooth speakers…
Knives yesterday, Bluetooth speakers today. Headphones tomorrow?
@PhotoJim Nope. And it won’t be margafuckinritas either.
I think this was my first purchase on Meh, and I think it was $14 for one. I still use that speaker every night for music when I go to sleep and wake up. For a mono speaker, it sounds excellent. Much better than many other BT speakers, the Bem is comparable to speakers that retail at 6x the cost.
@alose, agreed.
Welp time to dump vmp again…no special rewards and crap time this. See ya
That is not a baby arm
@dickie541 I guess that means it might not be baby arm compatible.

But can you wear it on your wrist?
@dmpotter44 Screw that, these are some rockin’ fly Tefillin for kicking out the jams (ancients of muu muu version).
@dmpotter44 Or kickin Missy Elliot’s "Git Yer Geek On!"
@mike808 Biscuits and vodka?
My grandfather collected stamps.
My father collects coins.
I apparently collect Bluetooth speakers I never remember to charge.

These are perfect for a school project on the Ka’bah. And today is Eid al-Adha. Coincidence?
More terrible Bluetooth speakers on meh; it must be a weekday. Do you guys have a fetish for them, or just for our disappointment?
“BEM wireless” logo on a wire is a gem
I might get a pair if they’ll actually help my golf game.
@rv617 They will. But what will help your golf game more is shipping all of your golf gear to a charity, and then taking up board gaming.
It might be worth it just for the cables…
@Breakmedown Yeah! That’s what I was thinking - two power adapters, two USB - microUSB cables, two 3.5mm cables - fourteen bucks. Free speakers.
Bought one of the .25" inch larger ones from Costco 3 years ago (for 6x the price) - the micro-USB charging port is horribly connected to the circuit board inside. No Georgia Red. . . for that alone, meh.
It’s a thing now. . .
Since they don’t do stereo, why the hell would we need two?
@Dizavid It’s not that we need it, but rather, so meh gets rid of it faster.

I’ll use one, the other will go in the emergency gift box.

At $7 each, I’ll play Meh lottery.

If they were something like 10w (and not battery powered) I would be in (even for a higher price).
@gcanyon oh no, now you’ve done it… I bet they have more of those phillips shelf speakers around.
So I got my little bēm mini mobile today and opened one… charged it up… gave it a test (via bluetooth) and was like “well crap” the sound underwhelmed… until I turned up the volume on the speaker itself and now I am impressed. Mine arrived. One will go to my wife. This is a nice little cheap speaker.
These are now my favorite speakers, even if they call themselves mini-whatever instead of BeM on the list. Streaming Amazon stations is fun again. It’s clear enough to hear individual banjos & guitars in Mumford & Sons.

These are really nice. My best Meh deals have been cheap audio, and this is up there with the 808s and the House of Marley cans.
This speaker worked really well the first time I tried it, but every time after the sound is really choppy with bluetooth, even with the phone right next to the speaker. It works great plugged in, though.
