Trip Report: Addressing a long-held gripe with Disney, we approached the animators of Fantasia about that whole sorcerer’s apprentice scene. Magic brooms were an idiotic choice for managing countless buckets of water.
Anyway, rewatch it sometime. They’re all anthropomorphic microfiber mops now and ol’ Mickey has the situation squared away in like 3 minutes.
