A Meh-rathon of Sweet Meh-mories

This is a ReadiVac Surge Canister. You either know what that is, or can jump in the forum to ask other people about it.

Why aren’t we giving you more info? Well, we weren’t sure what to write for the Meh-rathon so we decided to look at some past Meh write-ups for inspiration. (You can find a random one here, if you want.) Unfortunately, all that did was make us nostalgic and maybe a little teary-eyed. And then the boss was all “Where’s the write-ups, writer dude?” and we panicked and… uhh… Please enjoy this classic write-up about an entirely different product! Also, feel free to share in the forum if you find one you liked or forgot about or missed entirely.

Big enough and no bigger.

It’s a good rule to follow in shopping and in life. Get the one that meets your requirements, and stop there. There’s only so much space in any one person’s life. You pay for it all one way or another, either up-front in the form of money, or over time in the form of obligations and missed opportunities. Don’t let anything or anyone take up that valuable space unless it’s doing you some good.

For some of you, that line of thinking will lead straight to this Carhartt 20" Duffel Bag. You can fit it under an airline seat without incurring the wrath of the flight attendant. It’ll hold a couple of changes of clothes, or your gym clothes and a pair of shoes, or the four-volume edition of Winston Churchill’s History of the English-Speaking Peoples, or two adult greater bamboo lemurs, if they’re laying down.

That won’t be big enough for some others among you. We understand. Some of us must journey down life’s roads with three or four greater bamboo lemurs in our duffel bags. Some of us prefer Churchill’s six-volume history of the Second World War. Some of us won’t go to the gym without an extra third shoe, just in case.

The point is, get enough for you. Filling your life with extraneous stuff leaves you less room for actual living. Of course, if you absolutely can’t resist buying a bunch of crap you don’t really need, you might as well buy it from us. The least you can do is not pay too much for that crap.
