So I forgot to update my card and it appears today I am no longer VMP. I was yesterday. I’ve been here for years. Is that it? Is it done? I emailed support.
Good luck, I hope it works out. The VMP ranks are already thinning out rapidly with folks bailing out. It would be a shame to penalize someone that wants to send them $5 a month!

A few years ago, my CC was expiring and their mechanism to replace the card un-VMP’d me. VMP was still available, so I reinstated immediately with the new expiration date, but my membership dates back further than they claim.
I’m starting to wonder if it is worth it. The perks are fun and exciting occasionally, but I don’t know if I actually get my money’s worth.
Though today I have purchased 4 items, each would have cost me $5, so I covered 4 months of membership in a day. Eh, damnit, money and exclusivity. Argh!
Support has reinstated folks before, so you should be fine.

As long as you contact support ASAP, they reinstated me as well. Only thing you lose is your vmp start date.
