But we’re not going to do a big deep dive and pull out a bunch of user testimonials. Why? Because, honestly, there’s a lot of talk about skin cancer and other serious stuff, and it feels exploitative to use that in the name of sales for a cheekily named deal site. My hopes were not set high, since it’s been a few years since the surgery on my leg. Should have used this right after, but, but yet again, didn’t think about it. After a few months of using this daily (I did miss a few days here and there), There has been a slow but definite decrease in appearance of the multiple scars on my leg. I am impressed.

I get hypertrophic scarring. If I use this stuff religiously for 6 months, my scars remain flat. They do widen a bit, but don’t get hard, itchy and ropey. You can wash and reuse, but I don’t see the point at this price. I replace the tape once a week. It sticks great, even through showering, and can be cut into specific shapes for your situation.

The texture is important, and not just for appearance’s sake. A raised scar can also catch on stuff and cause irritation.

Yes, this is a pretty straightforward write-up for us. But, as we mentioned above, scars are often the result of something pretty intense or upsetting. So we’re just gonna say: if you’re dealing with some unwanted scarring, get some of this stuff. It works, apparently!
