If there’s anything you learn when you start living on your own, it’s how fast a lot of food goes bad. You buy all kinds of the good stuff, vegetables and fruits and things, but you forget about it or get busy. Sits in the fridge until you have a day you can actually make something, and whoops, it’s gone bad. Or worse, you aren’t even trying to make anything. You just opened the fridge and happen to smell something not great.
Dehydrating produce and other things makes it last longer. Could be worth a shot.
