I have opened the strange box marked “Braven” and found another of these curious noisemakers. Perhaps using it in conjunction with its sibling will produce a greater calming effect. This second one even came with a piece of parchment, covered in arcane symbols. It looks to be instructions of some kind. There are many words, however, that I am unfamiliar with. The objects both emit a strange crackling at times. I would fear they are some eldritch medium, but the effect they have seems pleasantly benign. I’ve left this one with you, as it seems like there are more of these in the house than I’d initially thought.
