“Where you at, huh? Huh? Where you at?!” shouted Hiller as he stomped up the side of the fallen alien craft, high off the adrenaline of his survival and the dogfight before.
Maneuvering his way on top, he found the hatch half-open already. Sliding his hand under, he pulled it back with a grunt. The first thing he saw through the smoke was a black cowlick, writhing wildly. He stared at it for a second in bewilderment, long enough for the periwinkle alien to spring forward with an aggressive, cat-like screech.
Hiller grimaced and without a second thought delivered a punch between its beady black eyes, knocking it back into the cockpit.
“Welcome to Earth!” exclaimed Hiller as he sat back on the hull of the ship and pulled out a cigar.
An annoying voice yelled back from inside the ship, “Dick!”
