We’ve sold these contractor-grade rope/tape hybrid lights twice now. They’re dimmable, unlike many crappier LED strip lights. And they’re way brighter. So both times, we told you that you should use them with a dimmer switch. And yet, what’s the biggest complaint we’ve heard ever since? They’re too bright.

So your problem is that these lights deliver too much light? After we warned you, in advance, and told you exactly how to solve this phony-baloney “problem”? Wow.
