See In The Dark

Here’s how you use these Kinkai solar lights:

STEP 1 - Stake them into the ground.
STEP 2 - There is no step 2.

They just hang out all day, eating sunlight, and at night, they metabolize that sunlight into, well, more light.

Is it a mistake to equate the function of these lights to digestion? Probably, but who cares! The point is, it’s simple: you put them in the ground and they light up in the evening.

Now, you can set them up along a footpath or wherever you want, but we really recommend these for the garden. That way, even long after the sun’s gone down, you’ll be able to enjoy the various flora your yard has to offer.

In fact, after you’ve had these a while, you might start thinking, How did people experience plants after dark in the past? The answer to that question is pretty straightforward, actually; they read novels about plants. We’re talking about such great works of literature as:

  • The Ferning Of The Screw
  • The Adventures of Succulberry Finn
  • Jane Air Plant
  • The Goldenrod Compass
  • The Bluest Iris
  • Lily of the Valley of the Dolls
  • Catmint’s Cradle
  • Go Tell It On The Mountain Laurel
  • The Sunflower Also Rises
  • The Bleeding Heart is a Lonely Hunter

(Look, we think we’ve made it pretty clear that we don’t have much to say about these garden lights, so maybe forgive us for these terrible puns and just hit the buy button, okay?)
