There is no time zone which is 24 behind.
Then again, you specifically specified that the 28th is a Woot Off, which is not true, unless you consider the one hour overlap for Eastern Time…
Could that work? Could you have a time zone that was 25 hours behind? It would always be two times at once, right? On Earth, I mean. Except every 600 days when they synced up? But then the dates would be off…
In my world, to make it even more fun, that 25 hour time zone would not have daylight savings.

@PlacidPenguin My guess is that the woot-off indicator flag removal was delayed passed roll-over of the new item.
