Who can get a hold of meh customer service??
1Okay, I ordered a pack of masks at the beginning of October and they were supposed to arrive two weeks ago and still say they are in shipping
Spent over two hours on the phone with each shipping company saying the other one had it, contacted meh about this 5 days ago and never heard back, contacted them again 3 days ago, still haven’t heard back,
I’ve never had an issue with meh in the past but wtf I’d really like to get this sorted out and it says on their customer support they will give an answer in 24-48 hrs but now it’s been over 120 hours
So does anyone have any tips of getting ahold of meh customer support? I’m starting to feel like this order was a scam and meh isn’t as legitimate as they were in the past

I bought that two pack of hammocks from a while ago. One broke immediately, messaged Meh, heard nothing, and suddenly my bank account was refunded. Still got no message about it, but cool I guess? Maybe check your statements.

I can’t find an email reply to my Customer Support ticket. What should I do?
If you missed an email reply to your Customer Support ticket you can always review your Support Tickets page. There you will find a full history of your Customer Support interactions.
@shawn I’ve done this
None of my tickets have any replies
I’m not an employee but I’ve been a customer here since the beginning. When people say they never got a response from support, it usually means the response went into the customer’s spam folder.
Meh isn’t trying to scam anyone and the customer service is top notch.
Everyone should check their spam folder periodically because I find tons of valid and important emails going there.
I have my gmail spam folder as a tab on my browser so it is something I check daily. I get amazed at the emails that make it there such as emails from Home Depot and Bath and Bodyworks that I purposely subscribed to. I also clear out the obvious spam once a day to prevent from clutter and a valid email getting lost in thousands of spam messages. Gmail web interface only shows about 50 messages per page so it could take a long time to find a message you need if it isn’t kept clean.
Just a little advice from a random guy on the internet who purchases from Meh and all its sister sites frequently without any trouble. Hope this helps.
@cengland0 I’ve checked my spam folder every day
Sigh
When you search all inboxes it would turn up but there is still no reply
@rebrace “All Inboxes” doesn’t include the spam folder if you’re on gmail.
If you have a problem with customer support, hit up @djslack he can fix it for you within 24hrs
@PyroVanquisher what’s this? Just because I’m beating you at golf you’ve got to give away my secrets?
I had the same issue with the masks. In tracking the masks through shipping, I saw that they were stuck for six days at the PO in my city. I went through customer support and had a response the next day. Yeah, lost in shipping was the consensus, and was refunded for the purchase. Leaves me to think someone at the PO needed masks!
@benj ugh I still haven’t gotten a reply from customer service!!
@rebrace Someone mentioned checking your spam folder. Do it. That’s where I found my response from meh. Also sender is not necessarily listed as meh! Over the years in chats with customer service, the replies have the sender as “Mercatalyst” and “Morningsave”, as well as “meh”! There may be others. I was expecting any reply to be from “meh”, so skipped over the others when first checking my spam folder.
To everyone saying check my spam folder, and my tickets page I’ve done both and haven’t received either
I still have not received any help with this purchase
@rebrace We’ve looked into this further and found that you submitted a few different tickets about the same issue. When we merged those tickets together we accidentally assigned them to one of our other sites instead of meh.com. Sorry about that.
We’ve got that fixed up for you and you should now be able to see the full case history over at meh.com/support/tickets.
