My guy that I buy olive oil and balsamic from (can you tell who from the header?) makes a strawberry and a green apple balsamic that I really love.
The strawberry goes very good with the lime co-milled olive oil and the green apple with the meyers lemon.
For cooking I like co-milled blood orange and garlic, but this was about balsamic not olive oil

I was at one of those tasting stores with many varieties and loved the coconut and the orange.
