Watch your debit card activity
6I have been charged multiple times for a pair of Kozy Soles slippers and can not get a response from anyone at Meh.com about the issue. I have sent three emails over the course of the last five days and have yet to get a response. Good customer service guys! This is my first and final order from this site.

you’ll probably get a response soon.
I hope so. This has been frustrating to say the least.
Their customer service can be slow depending on how busy they are. I’m sure with the holidays it’s pretty crazy. They are good at sorting out problems, so I wouldn’t worry.
Please remember that there is always a “pre-authorization” charge that usually goes away after a couple of days.
These charges were made over a week ago so i am guessing its not a “pre-authorization” issue.
@dantay83 Hey there! I replied to your message about two hours ago. Let me know if you still haven’t got it.
Just checked my email. Thanks for getting back to me. I will keep an eye on my card activity and see if this gets resolved.
@shawn That’s the back side… I got the 3 digits… now can you post the front?
@sohmageek That’s an AmEx, the CID digits ARE on the front!
I always use a credit card instead of a debit card. If there is a mistake using a debit card, your money is already taken out of your account and you have to work to get it put back in.
If a mistake is made using a credit card, you don’t have to pay the disputed balance until it has been resolved – hopefully in your favor.
@cengland0 Same here.
Since I’m going to pay whatever is necessary to avoid interest charges, I might as well get whatever benefits are available with a credit card; sometimes these include putting off paying more than a minimal amount for 6, 12 or 18 months, plus extended warranties and theft/damage insurance.
@cengland0 There are those of us who don’t have/don’t use CC’s, so debit cards are our only way of funding online ordering.
@Lurker fine if you don’t have a credit card. You can apply for one. If you still don’t want one, then I wouldn’t complain when things go wrong with your debit card.
@Lurker You might want to consider applying for a low-credit-limit card. Many (most?) financial institutions offer cards with a limit of $300-500 or so, often for customers to use strictly for online purchases. A low-limit card protects the owner from having to deal with most fraud issues, since a thief can’t get very fraud-y with only $300. Just a thought.
thanks OP. last night i caught my debit card running around with my costco card. fuckers bought a case of condoms and a pallet of lube.
@carl669 You should be grateful they bought the condoms so you didn’t wind up with a bunch of unwanted 2Gb mini SD cards.
@carl669
Videos?
@SSteve Who said they were unwanted… Maybe @carl669 wants to make the worlds largest raid 0 array from Mini SD cards?
@sohmageek That sounds both cost-effective and data-secure.
snapster and dave are already halfway to sonic with your ten bucks… you will never catch them!!!
@dantay83 Stick around, tis a good place to hang.
