VMP Gone?
2Hi,
I clicked the free 2 months back when you offered it and everything but apparently it didn't apply to my account? I had to cancel all my CC's because someone stole my wallet so my CC on file may not be active but I thought I had 2 free months? This is my son when I told him what happened this morning:

@jjohns71 I have never received an email confirmation of any of my meh orders.
Mine 2 month buy did not apply either. I had some issues with the website for about 5 days on my phone, I thought I was clicking on the faces, but none of it registered.

@JonT Hey @JonT, how long does support normally take to reply? I've sent a couple messages over the last couple days through the support panel but haven't heard anything back to my email address.

@joelmw, thanks for the info. Didn't know if something was broken or something with no autobot saying "we've received your message" it can seem like talking into an ether.
