Haven’t been able to find another way outside of Twitter to contact anyone so I figured I’d ask here. Any way to get this sorted and be back in VMP? Credit Card has been updated now.
@margot Thanks that seems to have done the trick! Hopefully it won’t be an issue to put me back in the system since I didn’t cancel it and it just removed me with no warning.
@Brozime I didn’t know that you were cancelled months ago. Meh discontinued the VMP program a while back…no new memberships, and if you don’t pay a month, you’re out. Had you done this in February they’d have re-enrolled you, but if you didn’t notice until now…it doesn’t give you much to plead the case.
Here’s the scoop…copied from my VMP page:
As a current VMP member, you’re grandfathered into the program and may continue your benefits as long as you maintain membership. Since we’re closed to new VMP memberships, any cancelations are final.
@margot Why do you think it expired in February? @Brozime didn’t mention a date and if it’s because of the header image, that’s auto-generated. Either way, looks like support got it sorted.
@PurplePawprints If you look at the picture on top of this post, you’ll see the statement from the expired card. I just happened to look up there and noticed it. The program expired in March of this year,
@margot Like I already said, that is an auto-generated image, not the OP’s image. That’s the way thread headers work here unless you post your own image in the body of text when you start a thread. If you Google the title of this topic it’s the first image result.
Sorry that happened. But thanks for the post. My bank just sent a new card and it changed my 3 digit code and expiration date. Which would have cancelled my VMP if my renewal had come up. So I just went and changed it here.
I misplaced my wallet a couple days ago. Went frantically looking all over the house and car for it. The only thing going through my mind was having to cancel the credit cards and possibly losing my VMP membership during the replacement process.
Eventually found the wallet in the bucket where I story my receipts for the month. Whew, VMP saved!
Go to your last order, and use the “I need help with this” button…works for me.

But, if that Feb 25th number is right, you probably won’t get back in, if you’d done it at the time of the problem, they’d have done it
It’ll seem like a person trying to get back something they didn’t use much, as it’s September.
