Today I learned the giphy and image commands post random results. I always thought it posted the first or most relevant result for the given keywords. I learned this the hard way when editing a post to add text to a GIF. Go figure!
If I am not satisfied with giphy’s selection (almost always) I’ll keep hitting the edit button until giphy finally offers a result somewhat relevant to the text string.
Sometimes I’ll go through a dozen or more before I finally give up and do a Google gif search and just upload it manually.
;)~
@mfladd This show was awesome.

@ruouttaurmind I’ve run out of edit time trying to get a decent image.
@ruouttaurmind - I’m impressed that you GET a dozen or more results - giphy usually only cycles through about five images for me.
While /giphy is random, /image actually does pull the same primary result every time.

@moonhat lol, I didn’t come up with it from the clue, either!
