@Kyeh@replicacobra@ybmuG And how DO YOU have this inside scoop? Have you been goating around where you don’t belong? I might expect that from our featherd friend…(lol…@Walterbird), but NOT the goat!
@Kyeh Yeah but you got yours early in the event. They might be going in order of first in first out? And they could have already prepared some good ones and interspersed them between the mehier ones.
@Kidsandliz@Kyeh mine was from the mehmber hour, so not early in the day, but still shipped yesterday. Makes me think shelves of (nearly) identical boxes just waiting for labels as the early target to clear out the warehouse. I could be wrong though (wink, wink, nudge, nudge - although hinting, now that it has shipped, is too late…), which is why we keep subjecting ourselves to the drama.
The Meh business model really just relies on the predictability of the addictive personality.
@Kidsandliz@ybmuG I can hope that they want to ship out the large things first to free up space … but probably not true. And if so they might be large useless things!
@Kyeh@ybmuG Yeah large and useless - like pieces of that kid’s couch that unless you already had bought that couch on here earlier and could use those random pieces so then not useless. LOL
I fully expect that mine will fulfill the expectation explicit in the name, and that as a result, my willingness to go to any lengths to get another will be suitably blunted.
But really, I blame the containers that are waiting on ships unable to dock more than any other factor right now.
@Kidsandliz@Lynnerizer
In my recent experience, FedEx Ground has been slightly worse than either UPS or USPS when it comes to package integrity on arrival, but none of the current methods is as damage-prone as Parcel Post was in the '70s and '60s. Back then, the joke was that if you wanted to see if it was possible to split a fundamental particle like a quark into something smaller, the best bet was to send one across town via Parcel Post.
Yeah but you have a “shipping exception” now so who knows when it will show up. That probably translates into "it has been shipped and it is in Irving excepting that we have no idea when it will leave from Irving to get to you.
I find that they either ship almost immediately, or like two months after. Nothing in between.
@psbales
Even hand on till
Consistent operation
You’ve got the wrong site
@replicacobra
Inconsistency
It is expected on here
Haiku hard to write
Mine also. I’m afraid that means that it’s one of the minimal ones.
@Kyeh It’s always good to keep expectations low.
Kind of a life lesson TBH…
@ybmuG I agree completely. The past several times my low expectations were fulfilled. I’d love to have them exceeded for a change, though!
@Kyeh @ybmuG
Rapid turnaround
Kits were pre-boxed and labeled
Can’t speak to contents
@Kyeh @replicacobra @ybmuG
wait… they were labeled already… hmmm no wonder I didn’t get one!

I sense a conspiracy
@chienfou @Kyeh @ybmuG
Step one time machine
Get list of recipients
Go back and label
@Kyeh @replicacobra @ybmuG
so THAT’S how they do it!
@replicacobra
Stop with these haikus
Do not fuck with me, ass-clown
I know where you live!

@werehatrack
And it has arrived, and I can confirm that it is, in fact, explicitly mehsome. Deets in a separate post.
Yeah, it might have shipped out but WHEN will it arrive AND in how many pieces? Should we start a pool?![:laughing:](https://dj5zo597wtsux.cloudfront.net/joypixels/assets/6.6/png/unicode/64/1f606.png)
@Lynnerizer And whether or not the pieces will be inside the box or not.

@Kidsandliz
There’s a whole lot of Heisenberg in the parcel tracking these days…
@werehatrack Ha ha (grin). Of course they could be tracking it with those tracking devises sold here. No problem with those. Right?![:laughing:](https://dj5zo597wtsux.cloudfront.net/joypixels/assets/6.6/png/unicode/64/1f606.png)
I got my notification about the same time, scary.
Mine shipped in the same time frame as above. Initially is was to arrive this Wednesday
, but then that was changed to Thursday. ![:cry:](https://dj5zo597wtsux.cloudfront.net/joypixels/assets/6.6/png/unicode/64/1f622.png)
