WARNING! Purchased this in queen size last november and it was too small (as the reviews on amazon and Kohls attest). If you want these, purchase a size up.
Also, these are extremely warm. I live in LA so I can only use them on the coldest of nights (which is why I originally got it and why I’m purchasing another (but one size larger) tonight.
Bought this last time (the tartan wannabe/black color). As @Squishybrain said, they are warm, and (to me) surprisingly lightweight. Also a tad bit scrunchy sounding. I bought a king size for a queen, so can’t comment on undersizing. Overall, would recommend, especially at this price.
I bought one last time. They are “louder” then other comforters I’ve owned. Meaning when you touch them they make like this weird noise. My wife thinks I’m crazy, but it’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
@khchin22 that’s really really good to know, it’s a complete deal killer for me, some nights a toss and turn for hours due to small but irritating sounds, so this comforter would drive me crazy haha
@khchin22 Have you tried washing it? There’s probably sizing to make the comforter look crisper; it’ll come out when you wash it, which might solve the noise problem.
The specs for the king size really isn’t “big”. It is difficult to actually find a bedspread/quilt the fits/hangs over the way they show on the pictures. This one is actually on the smaller side.
I am laying in bed right now with the gray and red one on top. Exactly what everyone else says- it’s a tad small, it’s kind of a loud material, it’s very warm and nicely lightweight.

Now I’m down in it!
I thought the “down” alternative was “up”.
Two days in a row of down alternative. Do I sense a syndrome? Is this joke in poor taste? Find out Monday when we reveal a pillow!
@fuzzmanmatt Agreed. I am not down with the alternative, Mr. My Pillow.
@fuzzmanmatt @screechowl I’m pretty sure Mr MyPillow is goin’ down.
@fuzzmanmatt @pmarin @screechowl Isn’t going down how he got his dose of cream of mushroom?

Got a twin. Good. I sleep Japanese style and make up a bed with several layers. This will work just fine.
@radi0j0hn what is Japanese style?
@jmrobinett @radi0j0hn
@jmrobinett @macromeh @radi0j0hn I don’t know if I’m sleepy or hungry!
@jmrobinett @macromeh @radi0j0hn Now I got the song ‘Sushi Baby’ stuck in my head.
Was kind of interested, but they are all ugly or at best boring

@klynb it’s been washed, no difference.
@khchin22 There’s a similar comforter at Macy’s for $19.99 all sizes, and the reviews don’t mention being noisy at all. https://www.macys.com/shop/product/reversible-down-alternative-comforter-collection?ID=8076059&CategoryID=28898&isDlp=true&isDlp=true&ranMID=3184&ranEAID=RvEiSnI7NyY&ranSiteID=RvEiSnI7NyY-TyGB0YWrlWac3hfJUQsOnQ&LinkshareID=RvEiSnI7NyY-TyGB0YWrlWac3hfJUQsOnQ&m_sc=aff&PartnerID=LINKSHARE&cm_mmc=LINKSHARE--5--63-_-MP563
“The Big One”.
/giphy That’s what she said.
Or more likely
“That’s what he wished she said…”
I bought one last time around and it’s definitely loud and doesn’t feel great on your skin if you sleep commando
@arcadiaray Put a cover on it. That way you also only have to wash the cover, not the whole comforter. Probably solves the noise problem also.
@arcadiaray @ergomeh Well if you sleep commando and then get up and walk around the house, “put a cover on it” is probably a phrase you’ll hear!
Is this microfiber?
I concur with others saying that it comes in small. We bought a king and it was baaaarely enough to cover a queen sized bed.
“the big ones” (kings) are all gone
No kings remaining in any style
@JuliaC There was this one that thought he was, but he is in Florida now…
