I get that screen if I click on I’m not a robot after it doesn’t go through the first time.
@sammydog01 It also will show up if you click buy too quickly after the check appears. You have to give it a second to hit the server or whatever.
Sadly, that was actually after a few clicks. So I decided to refresh and try again…guess what.

Legit bug of some sort. For would-be purchasers, open multiple browser windows at Meh.com in order to try more than once.
That gets around the bug. And the increased #'s of attempts clogs their servers even more.
