Hello, @Kyeh, I had opportunity today to empty the litter waste container of my Meowant SC01 automatic litter box! Attendant to that task, I got to use my recently purchased iHome HandVac! The litter waste area naturally gets a little kitty litter around it. Very dry and clean.
It performed admirably and one empties it by performing a slight twist-and-lift of the dust cup. Then one must use a couple of digits of one’s fingers to pull the filter up and out and then one must simply dump the dust into a nearby waste receptacle. All parts were very easy to remove and replace.

It puts the “.” in “meh.” As in, if there’s a grain of sand the size of a period somewhere on the floor that’s bugging you and you can’t just lick your finger and pick it up that way, the vacuum on this might be able to handle it (if you use the extra-suction extension). For real-world use, forget it, a microfiber cloth and static electricity will pick up way more dust than this.
As far as the blow functionality, you’d be better off with a rubber bulb. This delivers a gentle breeze that’s slightly less powerful than a handheld summer mister with way, way more noise. A dedicated battery-powered duster is way more powerful than this, and still sucks (or blows, but in a bad way) compared to a can of compressed air.
