Thank you for partly fixing the meh face kidnapping bot!!
0So I went and clicked on meh (of course I would - it is batteries and I have a ton of rechargeable) and found that it spun me into the log in window (not that I had logged out but perhaps this just happens periodically just because…..?). So I logged in and then the meh face finished spinning and magically the face appeared. Yippee… one less way to lose a meh face. Thank you! Now if we could just get back our missing kidnapped meh faces...

I had the same thing, but enjoyed a side trip to Something Went Terribly Wrong land. I tthink I was using a bad password, so it is irritating if meh couldn't give me a meaningful error. If my password was right, well thanks for the peppy ditty. It IS my ringtone now, and makes me happy!
@Pamtha we're looking into why you weren't given a meaningful error message when you gave us a bad password. should have this fixed today.
I had a same error logging in with chrome canary saved username and password, so I used the linked accounts (Google in this case) to log in so I didn't get the something went terribly wrong page.
You all are probably going to say it is impossible but.... I want to get that "Something Went Terribly Wrong" as my ring tone!! I got the same song three times this morning. Laughed my ass off! My quandary is how to get it as a ring tone on an IPhone 4s. Anyone know if /how that can be done? Never been able to get a ring tone that didn't come through the iTunes store.
@silverqueen I made one. Go here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B1hNWswXBlJjdlRua3F5N1ZIT3c&usp=sharing Download and then drag-n-drop the m4r versions into iTunes and then sync to your phone. There are two versions. One with the end cut off and one with 10 seconds of the middle cut out. Unfortunately, you can't have the entire song because ringtones are limited to 30 seconds and the song is like 40 seconds long. Enjoy!
I'm wondering if this fix is what caused my problem: I keep finding myself signed out of the site. Both on my laptop and my phone, I was always signed in, day after day after day. This week I've had to sign back in a few times. Boooo!
@bluedyn growing pains. last night we moved to a more robust set of servers that store our user sessions, had the negative side effect of signing everyone out.
@shawn Was it like server leapfrog, where you moved several times this week to get to your final destination? Today isn't the first instance of being signed out. (Also, I appreciate that you take the time to reply when we complain. :) )
@bluedyn not really server leapfrog, but we did notice an increased amount of unintentional sign outs recently which prompted us to move to a more robust servers for storage of user sessions.
@shawn Aah. So all of my previous sign outs were a symptom, and the final sign out was the solution. Good to know. But not as much fun to imagine as server leapfrog, which made zero sense anyway.
whew! I'm glad it wasn't just me. I thought maybe it was my punishment for disagreeing with the boss.
@shawn Well now that I know WHOSE fault it is, and why, for the unintentional signouts that then caused our meh face to vanish I want my two missing meh faces back that are missing from August and October please.
@jsh139 Thanks! I don’t know what I am doing wrong? I have tried with IE and FireFox and I can’t download them. IE shows as links but.. I can’t figure how to download. I am not real savvy but it shouldn’t be too hard. What do I need to do?
@silverqueen If you click on them it should popup a dialog box asking if you want to download. There's also a button in the upper right that says "open in drive". Try that if clicking directly on them doesn't work. There should be a download option under the More button in Drive.
